所以，“我太難了”一般不用I'm so difficult./I'm so hard.來表達(dá)，而是用My life is so hard/difficult.

此外，雖然hard和difficult都可以表示“困難的、艱難的”，但它倆也是有區(qū)別的。

hard：習(xí)慣用來指體力和精神方面所感受到的困難與艱苦，程度沒有difficult深，但語氣比difficult強，多用于口語。

difficult question/decision/situation/problem etc.

difficult：習(xí)慣用來修飾需要運用智慧和技巧才能解決的問題，其程度要比hard深。

We don't think it's difficult to learn a foreign language well .
