說(shuō)明：
①tbe溶液長(zhǎng)時(shí)間存放后會(huì)形成沉淀物，為避免這一問(wèn)題，可在室溫下用玻璃瓶保存5×溶液，出現(xiàn)沉淀后則予以廢棄。
以片都以1×tbe作為使用液（即1：5稀釋濃貯液）進(jìn)行瓊脂糖凝膠電泳。但0.5×的使用液已具備足夠的緩沖容量。目前幾乎所有的瓊脂糖膠電泳都以1：10稀釋的貯存液作為使用液。
進(jìn)行聚丙烯酰胺凝膠垂直槽的緩沖液槽較小， 故通過(guò)緩沖液的電流量通常較大，需要使用1×tbe以提供足夠的緩沖容量。
②堿性電泳緩沖液應(yīng)現(xiàn)用現(xiàn)配。
③tris-甘氨酸緩沖液用sds聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳。
2×sds凝膠加樣緩沖液：
100mmol/l tris·hcl(6.8)
200mmol/l二硫蘇糖醇（dtt）
4%sds（電泳級(jí)）
0.2%溴酚藍(lán)
20%甘油
不含dtt的2×sds凝膠加樣緩沖液可保存于室溫，應(yīng)在臨用前取1mol/l貯存液現(xiàn)加于上述緩沖液中。
