11月16日9時40分許，甘肅正寧縣榆林子鎮(zhèn)“小博士”幼兒園校車在接到幼兒后，行駛至該鎮(zhèn)西街道班門口時，與一輛陜西籍大翻斗運煤車相撞。截至17日晚，事故遇難人數(shù)升至21人。
