The National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly released the 32-page set of guidelines outlining the construction standards for Party and government buildings and offices on Monday.

國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、住房建設(shè)部周一發(fā)布了長(zhǎng)達(dá)32頁(yè)的黨政機(jī)關(guān)辦公用房建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

“黨政機(jī)關(guān)辦公用房建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”即guidelines outlining the construction standards for Party and government buildings and offices，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定minister's office（部級(jí)正職的辦公室）不超過(guò)54平方米。外面不搞luxurious decorations（豪華裝修），不定位為 landmark building（城市標(biāo)志性建筑）。
