(1) Passion -- the embodiment of responsibility in fulfillment of duty
Emblematized insignia of passion is always closely attached to the sense of responsibility behind the fulfillment of duties. Resembling a unreined bronco, passion without the sense of responsibility is impulsive, reckless and dangerous. Being passionate does not necessarily mean being ostentatious. Annotation of the true meaning of being passionate is demonstrated in every ordinary work and post by the dutiful acquiescent ones, never changing, contributing with the heart and soul, constantly improving, creating, and expanding with dedication, and this is the passion manifested by the ordinaries.
(2) Passion -- the optimistic reflection of the attitude of self-confidence
Passion reflects a positive attitude towards life, an audacious, persistent, and persevering work spirit. Any negativity, grievance, evasion, disengagement, would not be desirable when facing a variety of adverse circumstances, small reverses and difficulties, temporary obstacle or perplexity, unsatisfactory environment, unfair treatment, ..... The orientation and equanimity can only be maintained when with optimistic and self-confident attitude towards life and work, the upsurging passion in the heart with fire of emotion gives the capability to reorientate in adversity to regain the impetus to rise and endeavor.
(3) Passion -- a positive manifestation of the action
Action is to contribute. Without actions, beautiful plans, preachings, dreams and goals would all be in vain. The vivaciousness and the promptitude are appreciated, action with the fire of passion would be adored. As Goethe said: "Responsibility is an action of sufferance and meticulousness; an action to accomplish daily ordinary works to the best with full of passion." Passion, rather than empty slogans and gimmicks, is reflected in every detail of work, embodied in substantial actions.
